With this virtual training module, employees could gain the basic training that they could use in the field.

Learn different steps in the process

By learning the different steps necessary to perform the process beforehand, employees are comfortable and prepared with the entire procedure before they have to do it by themselves. They learn the steps and have to pay attention to all the required parameters.

Instead of having to go to a location and take turns, employees can synonymously train and focus on the parts they find the most challenging, while also doing so in a completely controlled and safe environment.

What are the advantages?

The decision to implement a VR-training tool was made for these reasons:

Rhinox worked used different learning methods to make sure the different technical skills were translated correctly to a learning module, based on scientific insights.

The different sprint were tested by a variety of employees to get an in-app situation that is as close as possible to the real working conditions.

The results

We feel fulfilled by giving the employees of Media Markt a chance to roam free and also organizing their annual come-together. The set-up of the virtual world is timeless so it can be updated whenever they like and opens the door to connect the Media Markt community across Europe.
